Baby, it's cold outside.

It sure is cold here in Minnesota.

I don't like summer, but this is a bit too much.  I can't really do much with my horse. When I get off from work, my truck takes a bit of time to start.  Once it does, it hardly moves forward and is makes a lot of noise.  By the time I get home, I am frozen.

I thought with this weather that work would be slow, not.  I am so looking forward to February.  My husband works for Philips Company.  Every winter they hold meetings in Orlando.  I pay for my airfare and food.  The hotel is free.  I don't go anywhere else the rest of the year, so this is my only vacation and away from my children.  This will be the third year of this, and only the third time away from my children.   Many people find it hard to believe that in the 24 years of being a mom, I have only done this this many times.  But, when your husband travels for his job, and you have no family or friends to watch them except for a overnight; it easily does happen.

I am looking forward to working less now that the holidays are over.  My body sure hated it especially my feet.  Another foot surgery is on the horizon.
